Strawberries & Cream Muffin

Our twist on a summertime classic. A wonderfully moist muffin with sliced strawberries and double cream throughout the sponge. Filled with a tasty strawberry sauce, topped with cream icing and hand-finished with a sprinkle of dried strawberries.
